Order and Employee statuses

Order's and Employee's statuses guide you through the workflow of your order in Einstein II IRP and prompt your further steps. Some statuses are changed by the system automatically depending on the predefined logic, while others need to be set manually.

  • To move Employees between certain statuses within an order workflow, you might need specific permissions.
Order workflow step Order's status Employee's status
You create and save for later a draft of an order without submitting it. Incomplete None

You submit the created order.

Per Diem order only:

At least one Employee is automatically applied to a Per Diem order based on the full or partial availability match.

LTA order only:

You apply/shortlist/offer an Employee to at least one position (but not all) on an LTA order.

LTA order only:

You accept an offered position on behalf of an Employee.

OR

An Employee accepts it themselves.

LTA order only:

You reject an Employee.

OR

An Employee rejects an offered position.
  • Open (if there are no more  Applied/Shortlisted/Withdrawn/Offered/Accepted Employees available for the order.)
  • In Progress (if there are other Applied/Shortlisted/Withdrawn/Offered/Accepted Employees available for the order.)

An Employee withdraws from an Applied position on the Per Diem/LTA order. In Progress WIthdrawn
You onboard an Employee to at least one position (but not all) on the Per Diem/LTA order. In Progress Onboard
You onboard Employees to all positions on the Per Diem/LTA order. Filled Onboard

All order positions are closed or cancelled.
