Department match of credentials
The Department Match column in the Credentials grid indicates whether a credential matches the requirements of the department(s) an Employee is assigned to and can have the following values (Hide the imageSee the image):
- Unassigned: a credential is required in any of the Employee's department(s) but is not Completed or Verified for the Employee (which means that not all the required information is provided for this credential.)
- Assigned: a credential is required in any of the Employee's department(s) and is Completed or Verified for the Employee (which means that all the required information is provided for this credential.)
- Not Required: a credential is not required in any of the Employee's department(s) but is added to the Employee's profile with all the required information.
- The Employee's Assigned and Not Required credentials must match the department's and order's required credentials so that an Employee can be scheduled a booking within that specific department or be matched to the specific order correspondingly.
- If additional required credentials are manually added in the scope of an order, you must add these credentials on the Employee's profile (with the Not Required department match) so that an Employee is matched to that specific order.
