Order and booking interrelation
While representing different entities, order and booking can be closely connected. Following are the possible interrelations between them:
- An LTA booking is always linked to a corresponding LTA order. You can add LTA bookings on Scheduling only for the Employees who have already been onboarded to LTA orders from Order Management.
- Editing/removing a booking linked to an order affects the order (for details, go to Edit scheduled events.)
- You can convert a booking (LTA or Per Diem) to a Per Diem order during editing/removal (for details, go to Edit scheduled events or Remove scheduled events.)
- A booking can be automatically matched to an existing Per Diem order. Then, an Employee is onboarded to the matching order and the booking is linked to it (for details, go to Bookings and orders interrelation.)
