Add availability/unavailability 

On Scheduling, you can add your Employees' availability and unavailability time which will be considered when scheduling bookings and during onboarding.

To add availability/unavailability:

  1. On Scheduling, filter Employees by a single region-location-department-skill or search by the specific Employee's name or ID.
    • However, if allowed by your Organization's configuration, you can also schedule availability and unavailability if Employees are filtered by multiple region(s)-location(s)-department(s)-skill(s).
  2. Specify the date range to view in the grid. Hide the imageSee the image.
    • The events will be scheduled based on the selected filters or based on the Employee's Home Cost Center (for a single-Employee view.)


  3. In the calendar grid, select the needed date(s).
  4. In the Schedule sidebar, select the Availability or Unavailability tab. Hide the imageSee the image.


  5. On the selected tab, from the Shift dropdown list, select one of the preconfigured options or specify your custom time. For unavailability, you also need to select a reason.
  6. Select Save.

After this, the added availability/unavailability is visible on the Employee(s)' schedule across all the departments to which the Employee(s) is assigned. For details, see Work with the Scheduling grid.
